I've been an artist from as far back as I can remember and a designer since 1984. I always keep those two things separate. My art is mine alone, design is a collaborative effort. I like to listen to the client and see what they want to accomplish and then I add in my ideas. The main thing is that the end product looks like what the client intended or a better version of it.
